Original job description

ADP is hiring a Sr. Manager, Benefits Operations.

In this role, you will lead a team of Benefits Operations associates who are responsible for ensuring the successful development, processing and transmission of benefits enrollment and eligibility data files. Given the criticality of this function, your team will need to establish strong partnerships to ensure a high level of client satisfaction.

In addition, your team will provide support for business migration needs between tools, protocols, and standards set by ADP Product Development and the Global Security Organization.

To thrive in this role, you will need to set strong goals and challenge your team to achieve them. Over the phone and in writing, your communication style is clear and easy for your team and clients to understand and take action on. As a result, your client satisfaction scores make you proud. We also have a healthy dose of fun. Not only can you find a career here but friendships that last in a company that values inclusion.
