Original job description

ADP is hiring a Senior Implementation Specialist. This position is hybrid, working in the office 3 days a week and from home 2 days a week.

Do you have a passion for out-of-the-box thinking and a commitment to making sure customers get the most for their investments?
Are you a continuous learner who embraces ongoing training, development, and mentorship opportunities?
Are you looking to be yourself in a culture that values equity, inclusion, and belonging and creates a safe space for diverse perspectives and insights?

Well, this may be the role for you. Ready to make your mark?

In this role, you will serve as ADP's front-line for solving clients' challenges, including issue resolution, answering questions, helping clients, training their users on ADP technology, and more. You carry the weight of ADP’s service reputation and client satisfaction in your hands.

Day-To-Day, you will assist clients with onboarding the Wage Garnishments product that the client purchased from ADP. This involves client requirement analysis, system set-up, and client training within the required time frame. Every day will be different because the questions you receive will vary, as will the solutions you provide each client.

To thrive in this role, you have a way with clients that builds rapport, establishes trust, and shines with professionalism. Over the phone and in writing, your communication style is clear and easy for our clients to understand and act on. As a result, your client satisfaction scores make you proud. Pace should not scare you. We also have a healthy dose of fun. Not only can you find a career here but friendships that last in a company that values inclusion.

What you can expect on a typical day:

Client Support. You will implement ADP’s solutions to clients, following ADP guidelines, and in accordance with client expectations. Implementations include adding additional products, client transfers from other parts of ADP, or migration from one ADP solution to another. You will help our clients manage their business using our solutions and deliver seamless client experience.
Learn. You will continually maintain and expand your knowledge and proficiency of the implementation job functions, ADP products/service and implementation best practices. You will apply industry and product knowledge to optimize system configurations and product upgrades.
Collaborate. You will ensure client satisfaction and retention through timely solution delivery within client-defined timelines. You will resolve issues, provide solutions, and ensure accuracy of all aspects of client set-up. You will remain engaged with clients throughout the implementation clearly communicating priorities and timelines with members of the client project team. You will collaborate with various departments such as sales, service, integration, and operations.

TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE:

1-2 years of experience working in a Business-to-Business client service/customer service interface or systems integration environment
Basic project management skills

A college degree is great but not required. What's more important is having the skills to do the job.

Bonus points for these: Preferred Qualifications

Proven ability to maintain focus and work effectively with multiple demands
Ability to work as part of a team to accomplish tasks
Strong client relationship skills
Must be comfortable working in a performance-based and structured environment while demonstrating high ethical standards
Must be able to recognize basic procedural issues as they arise, then escalate appropriately
Ability to demonstrate learning agility and critical thinking skills
The ability to learn and apply basic concepts in new situations
Proficiency in the latest web technologies and working knowledge of various operating systems
Excellent analytical skills and time management skills
Excellent Communication skills both verbal and written
Must be proficient using Microsoft Office

YOU'LL LOVE WORKING HERE BECAUSE YOU CAN:

Be yourself in a culture that values equity, inclusion, and belonging and creates a safe space for diverse perspectives and insights.
Belong by joining one of nine Business Resource Groups where you can connect globally with networks and allies who share common interests and experiences.
Grow your career in an agile, dynamic environment with plenty of opportunities to progress.
Continuously learn through ongoing training, development, and mentorship opportunities.
Be your healthiest. Best-in-class benefits start on Day 1 because healthy associates are happy ones.
Focus on your mental health and well-being. We're here to provide exceptional service to our clients, and none of that happens without each of us taking care of ourselves and being there for one another.
Join a company committed to giving back and generating a lasting, positive impact upon the communities in which we work and live.
Get paid to pay it forward. Company-paid time off for volunteering for causes you care about.
