Qualifications

Please see job description for details, but in a high level the Accounts Payables support team needs a Business Systems Analyst to coordinate support issues and/or new features with our EIT partner teams. It would be helpful for the candidate to understand ERP systems, such as SAP. In particular the Accounts Payable function, and understand data integration between SAP and other systems. It would also be helpful for the candidate to also understand SAP role based security. The candidate must have excellent written and verbal communications and the ability to communicate technical information distinctly and timely to stakeholders. The incumbent for this role needs to have knowledge and experience working with a ERP. If it is SAP that would be better, but that is not required. For example, experience with Oracle ERP would suffice. This role will be handling all Accounts Payables systems issues, he/she does not need to solve the issues, but needs to triage and manage the communications with multiple EIT Support teams until final resolution to the issues. It would also help if the candidate understands ERP role based access control, as a lot of these types of requests need to be handled by this role. Excellent communications skills and solid understanding of data integration (into and out of) with an ERP system is essential.

Additional Information All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
