JOB REQUIREMENS

• Licenses: Active ME license preferred
• Board: Board Cerified by Naional Board of Examiners in Opometry
• Other Qualificaions: Clean criminal and DHHS background; experience in FQHC or high-volume Medicaid setting preferred

DUIES & RESPONSIBILIIES

• Examine paien's eyes and visual sysem o diagnose problems or impairmens.
• Prescribe correcive lenses and provide reaen for eye condiions.
• Provide emergency eye care as needed.
• Prescribe herapeuic drugs for specific eye condiions.
• Mainain accurae paien records using Ahena EMR.
