• Active CT License
• Board Certified
• Active DEA

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide outpatient medical oncology care for breast cancer patients.
• Manage and administer chemotherapy and immunotherapy regimens.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including surgeons, radiation oncologists, and advanced practice providers.
• Conduct patient evaluations, follow-ups, and treatment planning.
• Document clinical encounters and maintain accurate medical records.
