REQUIRED PROCEDURES

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Licenses: Active NC license, Universal License (IMLC)
• Board: Hematology Oncology (BC/BE)
• DEA: Yes
• Experience: Minimum 2 years in specialty

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide ongoing outpatient care for hematology and oncology patients.
• Manage chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and other treatment regimens.
• Conduct new patient consultations and follow-ups.
• Collaborate with APPs, pharmacist, and nursing staff.
• Participate in shared call schedule including 24-hour and night call as needed.
