- Licenses: Licensed in NC
- Certifications: BLS, ACLS, ATLS, PALS, ABLS
- Fellowship: Required
Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide general surgery coverage for inpatient consultations and emergency cases
- Perform emergency surgical procedures including trauma and acute care surgery
- Manage unassigned patient rounds and admissions
- Provide on-call coverage for surgical emergencies with 15-minute phone response and 45-minute in-person response
- Perform required surgical procedures including laparoscopic surgery, appendectomy, cholecystectomy, and vascular access procedures
