Warehouse Worker in Lakeland, FL

Adecco is seeking dependable and hardworking Warehouse Associates. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping products while maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts.
• Sort, organize, and store products in designated locations.
• Conduct inventory counts and assist with inventory control.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the warehouse.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Meet productivity and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the shift.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay Details: $15.00 to $20.00 per hour
