Adecco is currently hiring an experienced Maintenance Technician for an exciting opportunity with a well-established company. If you have hands-on mechanical experience, enjoy troubleshooting and repairing equipment, and take pride in keeping operations running safely and efficiently, this could be a great opportunity for you. This role offers $23.50 per hour and the opportunity to put your maintenance and problem-solving skills to work in a fast-paced environment.
Job Responsibilities:
- Demonstrates the importance of safety and quality in every aspect of the job.
- Learns and utilizes established communication procedures.
- Maintains a clean, safe, and orderly work area.
- Carefully handles various pieces of equipment, tools, and machinery.
- Assesses machinery during operation and makes repairs as needed.
- Performs preventative maintenance according to established PM schedules.
- Performs scheduled and unscheduled repairs.
- Maintains appropriate inventory levels (parts and supplies).
- Initiates recommendations for the purchase of equipment, parts, and supplies.
- Follows established policies and procedures, including safety procedures.
- Utilizes hand tools (both manual and powered) to perform machine adjustments and repairs.
- Completes routine “housekeeping” duties throughout the shift and at other times as assigned.
- Completes required paperwork to document PM’s, and daily production accomplishments.
- Maintains satisfactory attendance, to include timeliness.
Pay Details: $23.50 per hour
