Job Summary:

We're looking for a highly organized, people-focused Recruiting Coordinator to help scale our growing team. In this role, you'll be the backbone of the recruiting process, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates, recruiters, hiring managers, and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage high-volume interview scheduling across multiple teams and stakeholders. Coordinate interview loops, recruiting events, and candidate logistics. Handle calendar management and resolve scheduling conflicts efficiently. Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process. Respond to candidate inquiries regarding compensation, benefits, policies, and hiring processes. Maintain timely communication with candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers. Partner with recruiters and stakeholders to support talent acquisition initiatives. Required Skills 1+ year of experience in recruiting coordination, scheduling, HR support, talent operations, or a related field. Proven experience managing high-volume scheduling and calendar coordination. Ability to build relationships with recruiters, hiring managers, and cross-functional partners. Preferred 1-2 years of recruiting coordination or interview scheduling experience. Exposure to HR topics such as benefits, compensation, onboarding, or employee programs. Pay Details: $22.85 per hour
