Forklift Operator (Stand-Up) – 1st & 2nd Shift

Location: Kenosha / Pleasant Prairie, WI

Pay: $19–$20/hour

Schedule: Monday–Friday

Position Overview

We’re hiring experienced Stand-Up Forklift Operators for 1st and 2nd shift roles in a fast-paced warehouse environment in Kenosha/Pleasant Prairie, WI. You’ll be responsible for moving product safely and efficiently using material handling equipment, supporting inbound/outbound and inventory flow.

What you’ll do

• Operate stand-up forklift / reach truck equipment safely and efficiently
• Load and unload trucks accurately
• Move product between staging, storage, and production areas
• Perform put-away and replenishment tasks
• Pick and stage materials for shipment
• Complete daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
• Keep work areas clean and organized
• Follow all safety policies and warehouse procedures

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of forklift experience required
• Stand-up and reach truck experience strongly preferred
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Strong attention to safety and detail
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed
• Reliable attendance and punctuality

Pay Details: $19.00 to $20.00 per hour
