Quality Assurance Admin

Adecco Staffing is working with a growing manufacturing company in Methuen, MA to bring on a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Administrative Assistant. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong organizational and computer skills who enjoys supporting quality and manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will be comfortable handling documentation, organizing records, and assisting with quality inspection processes. Shift: First Shift (Monday – Friday 7-3:30pm) Pay: $30.00/hour Location: Methuen, MA

Job Duties:

· Provide administrative support to the Quality Assurance department and assist with daily quality-related activities · Print certificates and prepare First Article Inspection (FAI) documentation as needed · Review job requirements and determine the appropriate measuring tools needed for inspections, including calipers, rulers, and specialized measuring equipment · Scan, save, organize, and file quality certificates into the company's document management system · Maintain accurate and organized quality documentation and records · Enter and update information in the company's E2 system, including estimating and order-related details · Deliver completed production bins to operators or the programming department as needed · Assist with coordinating inspection documentation and materials throughout the manufacturing process · Perform additional administrative and quality-related duties as assigned

Requirements:

· Previous administrative, quality assurance, or manufacturing experience preferred · Strong computer skills and proficiency with data entry · Experience with Microsoft Office and document management systems preferred · Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail · Basic math skills, including the ability to work with measurements, percentages, and calculations · Ability to read and understand written instructions, procedures, and safety guidelines · Strong written and verbal communication skills · Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment · Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic · Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay Details: $28.00 to $30.00 per hour
