Production Assembler

Production Assembler Location: Elizabethtown, NC Pay Rate: $15.00/hour Employment Type: Temp-to-perm Build Your Career in Manufacturing! Adecco is currently recruiting Production Assemblers for a manufacturing facility in Elizabethtown, NC. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, take pride in producing quality products, and are looking to gain experience in a manufacturing environment. Job Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on assembly of manufactured products and components.
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
• Follow work instructions and established production procedures.
• Maintain accuracy and attention to detail throughout the assembly process.
• Assist with general production activities and material handling as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous assembly or manufacturing experience preferred (six months or more).
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
• Ability to stand for extended periods (8–10 hours per shift).
• Ability to perform some lifting.
• Must be able to successfully complete a background check and drug screen.

Pay Details: $15.00 per hour
