Pick/Pack - Flexible 1st Shift

Adecco is partnering with a local client in Campbellsport and Kewaskum, WI to find reliable individuals for picking and packing work.

Pay: $18/hr

1st Shift: Mon-Fri 7am-3:30pm

**OT starting at 5am, as needed; some Sat work possible

Responsibilities

• Order Picking: Locate and pull specific retail products from warehouse inventory using pick lists or RF scanners.
• Line Packing: Pack items accurately into boxes and shipping containers along high-speed processing lines.
• Quality Control: Inspect retail products and packaging for defects, damage, or quantity discrepancies before shipment.
• Labeling & Tagging: Affix accurate barcodes, retail tags, and shipping labels to completed orders.
• Palletizing & Staging: Move finalized packages to designated staging areas using carts and material handling equipment.
• Work Area Maintenance: Keep work stations clean, organized, and compliant with warehouse safety standards.

Qualifications

• Experience with RF scanners, smart phones or other similar devices.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team.
• Attention to detail, self-motivation, and multitasking ability.
• Ability to stand for the entire shift and perform repetitive tasks.
• Reliable transportation, even during cold weather.
• GOOD ATTENDANCE IS A MUST!

Pay Details: $18.00 per hour
