If you have experience in shipping, packing, and dock operations, we'd love to hear from you! 📍 Location: Fort Worth, TX (Onsite) 💲 Pay Rate: $18.50/hour 🕒 Schedule: • Monday-Friday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM • Occasional Saturday Rotation: 8:00 AM - 1:00 PM • First Week Training: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

💼 WHAT YOU'LL DO

As a Pharmacy Assistant, you'll help ensure medications and supplies are packaged accurately and shipped safely to patients.

📦 Your responsibilities will include:

• Prepare medications, supplies, and patient information for shipment according to established procedures.
• Package orders carefully to help maintain medication integrity, sterility, and stability.
• Review shipping manifests to verify delivery addresses and shipping schedules.
• Coordinate with pharmacy staff to resolve order questions and shipping issues.
• Track shipping supplies, reconcile invoices, and prepare usage reports.
• Restock medications, packaging materials, coolers, and ice packs.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized packing and storage area.
• Assist with inventory management and daily fulfillment operations.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and applicable pharmacy regulations.
• Lift and move boxes and packages weighing approximately 25 pounds.

✅ Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Shipping, packing, and dock work experience required.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to multitask, communicate effectively, and work collaboratively.
• Flexibility to work morning and/or afternoon shifts.
• Ability to stand for approximately 95% of the workday.
• Ability to lift and move packages weighing approximately 25 pounds.

⭐ PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

• One year of experience in mail service or specialty pharmacy dispensing.
• Inventory management experience.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Pay Details: $18.50 per hour
