Adecco Healthcare is seeking a detail-oriented Pharmacy Assistant to join a fast-paced fulfillment team supporting patient care and medication distribution. 📍 Location: Fort Worth, TX (Onsite) 💰 Pay Rate: $18.50/hour 📅 Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM 🔄 Occasional Saturday Rotation: 8:00 AM - 1:00 PM 📚 Training Schedule (Week 1): Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

What You'll Do As a Pharmacy Assistant, you'll play a vital role in ensuring patients receive their medications safely and on time. ✅ Prepare medications and supplies for shipment while maintaining drug integrity and sterility ✅ Review shipping manifests and verify delivery information ✅ Package medications according to pharmacy regulations and company procedures ✅ Communicate shipping updates and important pharmacy notifications ✅ Assist with inventory management, restocking medications and supplies ✅ Maintain cleanliness and organization of pharmacy and packing areas ✅ Reconcile shipping invoices, manifests, and packing slips ✅ Work closely with pharmacists and pharmacy staff to resolve order-related issues ✅ Help secure pharmacy workspaces at the end of each day ✅ Lift and move packages up to 25 pounds as needed

Required Qualifications ✔ High School Diploma or GED ✔ Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel ✔ Strong communication and teamwork skills ✔ Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment ✔ Comfortable standing and walking for most of the workday ✔ Flexible and dependable with scheduling needs

Preferred Qualifications ⭐ Previous mail service, shipping, or specialty pharmacy experience ⭐ Inventory management experience ⭐ Excellent organization and time management skills ⭐ Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines ⭐ Continuous improvement mindset and attention to detail
