Responsibilities for Operations Support Specialist include but are not limited to:

• Lead pilot projects and support rollout of new Maps programs and processes.
• Write SQL queries and analyze operational data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Test internal tools, document bugs, and work with Engineering teams on fixes.
• Improve workflows, create SOPs, and drive operational efficiency.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Global Operations teams to deliver projects.
• Prepare weekly reports with performance metrics, insights, risks, and action items.

Candidates for Operations Support Specialist must meet the following requirements to be considered:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Hands-on experience with SQL and Tableau.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in operations support, project coordination, or data analysis.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong communication skills and proficiency with Google Sheets, Docs, and collaboration tools.

Pay Details: $32.14 to $32.00 per hour
