Responsibilities for an Operations Analyst include but are not limited to:

• Complete client onboarding activities for performance management platforms
• Review, analyze, and validate investment performance data and returns for accuracy
• Support Merrill Institutional Consultant inquiries and provide operational assistance
• Utilize Excel and reporting tools to monitor, research, and resolve data-related issues

Candidates for Operations Analyst must meet the following requirements to be considered:

• Previous experience supporting an operational function within a financial institution
• Knowledge of investment products, financial markets, and investment vehicles
• Strong customer service experience with the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel proficiency required, including data analysis and reporting functions
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment and attend onsite training for the first 6 weeks
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future

• Pennington, NJ: $23.44/hour
• Chandler, AZ & Jacksonville, FL: $22.12/hour
• Shift: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Assignment Length: 6-7 month assignment
• Hybrid Schedule: First 6 weeks onsite for training (5 days/week), then hybrid schedule with 3 days onsite and 2 days work-from-home

Pay Details: $22.12 to $23.44 per hour
