This is a great opportunity for candidates with dispatch, healthcare unit coordinator (HUC), patient scheduling, or healthcare coordination experience looking to grow within a fast-paced healthcare environment. This onsite role plays an important part in coordinating patient transportation and supporting hospital discharge operations. We are looking for dependable, organized, and detail-oriented professionals who thrive in a team environment and enjoy helping support patient care behind the scenes. Schedule 🕒 Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM 📅 Rotating weekends required (Initially every other weekend; subject to change as staffing expands) What You’ll Do ✅ Coordinate and schedule patient transportation for medical discharges ✅ Communicate with hospitals, skilled nursing facilities (SNFs), healthcare teams, and transport staff ✅ Manage dispatch coordination and patient transport logistics ✅ Monitor scheduling updates and ensure timely transport services ✅ Maintain accurate documentation and patient information ✅ Provide professional and compassionate communication with healthcare staff and patients ✅ Support a fast-paced EMS and healthcare coordination environment What We’re Looking For ✔ High School Diploma or GED required ✔ Minimum of 2 years of experience in a healthcare-related field required ✔ Dispatch experience strongly preferred ✔ HUC (Health Unit Coordinator) experience preferred ✔ Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills ✔ Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment ✔ Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities Why Join Adecco? ✨ Weekly Pay ✨ Medical, Dental, & Vision Benefits ✨ 401(k) Plan ✨ Skills Training & Career Growth Opportunities ✨ Supportive Healthcare Team Environment

Pay Details: $17.00 to $23.00 per hour
