We’re looking for a friendly and dependable professional to join our team in Southlake, TX! 📍 Location: Southlake, TX 💰 Pay: $21.00–$23.00/hour, based on certification 💼 Schedule: Full-Time | In-Office 🩺 What You’ll Be Doing In this role, you’ll play an important part in supporting both our patients and providers by: ✅ Obtaining and documenting patient vital signs and medical histories ✅ Assisting with minor in-office procedures and injections ✅ Collecting and processing urine samples for drug screenings ✅ Preparing medications and administering injections as directed ✅ Maintaining exam rooms, supplies, and medications ✅ Checking in patients and collecting insurance information and co-pays ✅ Providing exceptional customer service in person and over the phone ✅ Preparing patient information for upcoming visits ✅ Communicating patient symptoms and concerns to providers ✅ Helping keep daily clinic operations running smoothly 🌟 What We’re Looking For

We’d love to connect with candidates who have:

• Previous Medical Assistant experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Medical Assistant certification preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Computer and data-entry experience
• Excellent organization and time-management skills
• The ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• A positive, team-oriented attitude
• The ability to work independently while also being a supportive team member

Pay Details: $21.00 to $23.00 per hour
