Machine Operator

Adecco is hiring Machine Operators for an automotive manufacturing facility in Albion, IN! This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, staying active, and working as part of a fast-paced production team. If you’re dependable, safety-minded, and ready to learn, we’d love to hear from you. What You’ll Be Doing

• Operate and monitor production machinery in a fast-paced automotive manufacturing environment.
• Load and unload materials or parts throughout the production process.
• Inspect finished parts for basic quality standards and identify visible defects.
• Follow work instructions, production procedures, and safety requirements.
• Keep your work area clean, organized, and ready for production.
• Work closely with team members to help meet daily production and quality goals.

Available Shifts

• 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
• 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
• 3rd Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM

What We’re Looking For

• Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic.
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive, hands-on work.
• Strong attention to safety and quality.
• Previous machine operation, automotive, production, or manufacturing experience is a plus.

Pay Details: $18.00 per hour
