Adecco is currently recruiting Machine Operators for a manufacturing facility in Elizabethtown, NC. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with manufacturing or machine operation experience who are interested in developing their skills and potentially transitioning into a permanent position. We are looking for dependable, detail-oriented individuals who take pride in their work, understand the importance of product quality, and can work effectively in a production environment. Job Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment to support daily production operations.
- Follow established work instructions, production procedures, and safety guidelines.
- Monitor product output and inspect components to ensure quality standards are maintained.
- Use measuring instruments and hand inspection tools to verify product specifications.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and other production documentation.
- Identify potential quality concerns and communicate issues when necessary.
- Maintain an organized work area and support overall production goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous machine operation experience (at least one year).
- Experience reading blueprints and technical drawings.
- Ability to read and use calipers and other measuring instruments.
- Familiarity with quality inspection tools and procedures.
- Good basic math skills.
- Ability to organize tasks, solve problems, and work independently.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to read, speak, and understand English.
- Ability to stand for 8-hour shifts.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Shift Information
- 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
- 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
