Responsibilities for a Lockbox Processing Operator include but are not limited to:

• Operate OPEX Falcon and Eagle equipment to open incoming mail and extract payment documents.
• Scan checks, remittance documents, and payment materials following Lockbox processing procedures.
• Accurately route payment images and data into downstream processing systems while maintaining quality standards.
• Perform quality control checks and process approximately 600 mail envelopes per hour while maintaining accuracy and productivity goals.

Candidates for Lockbox Processing Operator must meet the following requirements to be considered:

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum two years of banking operations, payment processing, lockbox processing, mail processing, or related experience.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
• Basic computer skills with the ability to learn processing systems and equipment.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.

Pay Details: $20.00 to $22.00 per hour
