• Validate and key remittance data from checks, invoices, and payment documents with a high degree of accuracy.
• Balance check amounts to remittance details and batch totals while identifying and resolving payment exceptions.
• Process lockbox transactions according to client-specific procedures and maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial information.
• Meet productivity and quality standards while working in a fast-paced, production-driven environment.

Candidates for Lockbox Data Entry Operator must meet the following requirements to be considered:

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• One to two years of experience in lockbox processing, remittance processing, item processing, banking operations, or data entry.
• Ability to type 55 WPM and accurately key a minimum of 8,500 keystrokes per hour.
• Experience with 10-key by touch data entry.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain a 1% or less error rate.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions while working independently and as part of a team.

Pay Details: $20.00 to $22.00 per hour
