Responsibilities for HR Recruiter Sr include but are not limited to:
- Proactively sourcing and managing candidates for the Global Payments Network Recruiting team. This will include creating compelling position descriptions, sourcing diverse candidate pipelines, marketing Capital Ones talent brand to attract top talent, screening candidates and collaborating with team members to advance candidates in the recruiting process.
- Partner with hiring managers, business leaders, organization leads and key stakeholders to understand unique talent needs
- Work cross-functionally across a team of high performing recruiters and promote a culture of inspiration, empowerment and inclusion
- Leverage recruiting data to proactively provide status updates and sourcing results to leadership and HR partners
- Source stellar candidates. Look beyond direct applications and leverage search engines, career sites, recruiting events, and other innovative sourcing techniques to find the best talent in the market
Candidates for HR Recruiter Sr must meet the following requirements to be considered:
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
- At least 1 year of experience sourcing candidates
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience sourcing Product and/or Business Analyst candidates
- 2+ years experience recruiting for tech focused companies
- 2+ years experience of using Workday in a recruiting function
- Ability to influence and drive results in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to use innovative techniques to attract and recruit diverse talent

- Pay Range: $44.23- $44.23/ Hr.
- Shift: Hybrid, 8 am - 5 pm - Monday to Friday

Pay Details: $44.32 per hour
