Responsibilities:

• Receive, sort, track, and distribute incoming mail, packages, and interoffice correspondence while ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
• Process outgoing shipments by packaging, labeling, weighing, affixing postage, and coordinating deliveries through carriers such as FedEx and UPS.
• Support office operations through document copying, scanning, faxing, supply distribution, inventory management, and basic equipment troubleshooting.
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting employees and visitors, handling administrative tasks, supporting meeting rooms and office facilities, and maintaining accurate records and logs.

Requirements:

• High School/GED

Pay Details: $21.00 per hour
