Contract Recruiter

Adecco is currently assisting a local customer in their search for Contract Recruiter positions in St. Louis, MO. • Shift: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM (Hybrid: In Office Tuesday-Thursday, Remote Monday & Friday)
• Weekly paycheck
• Pay: $30.00-$40.00/hour, based on experience

Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for hourly manufacturing, production, warehouse, and skilled trades positions.
• Source candidates through job boards, social media, employee referrals, and community outreach efforts.
• Conduct phone screens, assess candidate qualifications, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Maintain accurate candidate records within the applicant tracking system and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of recruiting experience, preferably in manufacturing, industrial, distribution, or high-volume hiring environments.
• Experience recruiting hourly, production, or skilled trades employees.
• Strong sourcing, interviewing, organizational, and time management skills.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.

Pay Details: $30.00 to $40.00 per hour
