Commercial Operations Coordinator

Responsibilities:

· Maintain customer agreements, contracts, and account records within the ERP system. · Process customer onboarding documentation and communications. · Review and process price protection claims, rebates, chargebacks, freight claims, and customer credits. · Investigate customer compliance issues and coordinate resolution with internal teams. · Maintain item records, pricing data, discounts, and product information within the ERP system. · Prepare reports and track commercial program activity. · Support payment processing and weekly submissions to Finance. · Monitor issue-tracking systems and maintain accurate records. · Provide backup support for Commercial Operations team activities. · Assist with process improvement and operational efficiency initiatives.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

· 3+ years of experience in commercial operations, customer service, sales support, contracts administration, or a related field. · Associate degree or equivalent 3 years related experience and/or training

Pay Details: $26.00 per hour
