Salary: $85,000-$90,000 annually

Schedule: Onsite, Monday-Friday

About the Opportunity

Our client is seeking an experienced Collections Manager to lead Collections and Cash Application operations. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who is passionate about developing teams, improving processes, and driving results that support overall business performance and cash flow objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Collections and Cash Application team members through coaching, training, and performance management.
• Drive timely collection of outstanding receivables while maintaining positive customer relationships.
• Oversee payment application, account reconciliations, and resolution of payment discrepancies.
• Research and resolve unapplied cash and other payment-related issues.
• Monitor team performance, balance workloads, and track key operational metrics.
• Partner with internal departments to resolve customer account concerns and improve processes.
• Serve as the primary escalation point for complex collections and payment inquiries.
• Identify opportunities to increase efficiency, accuracy, and overall team performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in Collections, Accounts Receivable, Cash Application, and Account Reconciliation.
• Proven leadership experience with a strong focus on coaching and team development.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• Previous supervisory or management experience preferred.

Pay Details: $85,000.00 to $90,000.00 per year
