CNC Set Up Operator

Adecco is currently hiring experienced CNC Machine Setup Operators for a precision manufacturing company in Stoughton, MA. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with CNC machining experience who are looking to utilize their technical skills in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is a temp to permanent opportunity on 1st shift.

Location: Stoughton, MA

Pay: $20.00 – $30.00 per hour (based on experience)

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Shift: 1st Shift

Responsibilities Include:

• Set up and operate CNC machines to produce precision-machined components.
• Perform machine setups, tooling changes, and adjustments as needed.
• Utilize Fanuc controls to operate and adjust CNC equipment.
• Read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and machining specifications.
• Use precision measuring instruments, including micrometers and calipers, to inspect finished parts.
• Monitor machining operations to ensure accuracy and consistent quality.
• Perform routine quality checks and make necessary adjustments to maintain tolerances.
• Troubleshoot basic machining issues and communicate concerns to supervisors.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Qualifications Include:

• Previous experience operating and setting up CNC machines required.
• Experience with Fanuc CNC controls required.
• Ability to accurately use micrometers, calipers, and other precision measuring tools required.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Understanding of machining processes, tooling, and dimensional tolerances.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with CNC milling, turning, or multi-axis machining is a plus.
• Experience reading or making basic adjustments to G-code is a plus.

Pay Details: $20.00 to $30.00 per hour
