Responsibilities for a CashPro Consultant include but are not limited to:

• Serve as the first point of contact for technical support inquiries from LATAM (Brazil) corporate banking clients via phone and email.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for treasury management, cash management, depository, and card services accessed through electronic banking platforms.
• Analyze client issues, determine appropriate resolutions, and collaborate with internal business partners to resolve complex customer inquiries.
• Train, educate, and support clients on banking systems and software while delivering an exceptional customer experience and building strong client relationships.

Candidates for CashPro Consultant must meet the following requirements to be considered:

• Fluent in both Portuguese and English; Spanish language skills are a plus.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of banking, financial services, technical support, or customer service experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, critical thinking, multitasking, and attention-to-detail skills, with the ability to navigate multiple systems while interacting with clients.

• Pay: $32.06/hour
• Shift: Monday-Friday; 8:00 AM-5:00 PM or 7:00 AM-4:00 PM EST (Brazil business hours)
• Duration: 12-Month Assignment
• Work Environment: Onsite during onboarding period with transition to hybrid schedule after 120 days (minimum 3 days onsite weekly)

Pay Details: $32.06 per hour
