Production Lead

Adalet Second Shift: 3:30 pm to Midnight M-F with mandatory overtime on Saturday a few times per month. The Production Lead is responsible for supporting second shift production operations by coordinating workflow, assisting employees, promoting safety and quality, and serving as a primary point of contact for shift level issues. This is a hands on role that may require active participation in daily production activities while providing leadership and guidance to the team. Duties may vary based on business needs. Leadership & Support - Provide direction and support to second-shift production employees. - Assign tasks and monitor workflow to help meet production goals. - Promote a positive, safe, and productive work environment. - Provide basic coaching, guidance, and on-the-job support. - Address employee concerns and escalate issues to management as appropriate. - Monitor attendance, punctuality, and adherence to company policies. - Assist with onboarding and training new employees. Production Operations - Operate manufacturing equipment as needed. - Fill in for absent employees and support bottleneck operations. - Monitor production schedules and adjust priorities as directed. - Troubleshoot basic equipment or process issues. - Maintain production records and communicate shift updates. Safety & Quality Support enforcement of safety rules and company procedures. Conduct regular safety observations and report unsafe conditions.
