Participate in project meetings and communicate test status, issues, and risks across cross-functional teams.
Collaborate with engineering, design, and project stakeholders to resolve test findings and improve product performance and reliability.
Specify and source test-related components, such as cables and other hardware, as needed to support test execution.
Lead and mentor less experienced engineers in test planning, execution, and documentation best practices.
Develop Basis of Estimates for test engineering work, including labor and materials, to support statements of work and contract bids.
