Construction Superintendent Location: Wilton, CTJoin one of the fastest-growing construction firms in the region. With an impressive backlog of work and plans to nearly triple revenue over the next 3-5 years, this is a unique opportunity to join a company that is expanding at an exceptional pace while building a long-term career.We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to lead commercial, healthcare, pharmaceutical, semiconductor, manufacturing, and clean room projects throughout Connecticut. This role is ideal for a hands-on construction leader who enjoys managing complex projects, driving schedules, and working directly with clients, subcontractors, and project teams to deliver high-quality results. What You'll Do

• Lead all on-site construction activities from groundbreaking through project closeout
• Manage subcontractors, field personnel, schedules, safety, quality, and daily operations
• Coordinate RFIs, submittals, change orders, inspections, and project documentation
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards
• Maintain strong communication with project managers, owners, architects, and trade partners
• Identify and resolve jobsite challenges while keeping projects moving forward
• Champion a culture of safety, accountability, and excellence on every project

What We're Looking For

• 7+ years of experience as a Construction Superintendent
• Experience managing commercial, healthcare, pharmaceutical, clean room, semiconductor, or manufacturing projects
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Ability to read plans, coordinate trades, and drive project schedules
• Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, or similar construction software
• OSHA 30 certification preferred

Job Type & LocationThis is a Permanent position based out of Wilton, CT. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $120000.00 - $160000.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
