What You'll Do
- Lead all on-site construction activities from groundbreaking through project closeout
- Manage subcontractors, field personnel, schedules, safety, quality, and daily operations
- Coordinate RFIs, submittals, inspections, and change orders
- Drive project schedules and ensure milestones and deadlines are achieved
- Partner with project managers, owners, architects, and trade partners to ensure successful project delivery
- Proactively identify and resolve field issues while maintaining productivity
- Maintain a safe, organized, and high-performing jobsite
What We're Looking For
- 7+ years of experience as a Construction Superintendent
- Experience managing commercial, healthcare, pharmaceutical, semiconductor, manufacturing, or clean room projects
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage schedules, coordinate trades, and lead field teams
- Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, or similar construction software
- OSHA 30 Certification preferred

Job Type & LocationThis is a Permanent position based out of Westchester, NY. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $120000.00 - $160000.00/hr.
