Provide shop-floor support by taking measurements, clarifying drawings, and troubleshooting design-related problems.
Support fabrication and manufacturing operations by ensuring designs are practical, buildable, and aligned with production capabilities.
Collaborate directly with production teams and other stakeholders to ensure designs meet project requirements and schedules.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards of documentation accuracy and attention to detail.
Contribute to a hands-on engineering culture by actively engaging with real-world manufacturing challenges and product builds.
