Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Business Development Manager to identify and advance partnering opportunities, including out-licensing, co-development, and strategic collaborations. This role will lead opportunity assessments, due diligence, negotiations, alliance management, and cross-functional collaboration to support corporate growth and portfolio strategy.Key Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate external partnering, licensing, and business development opportunities
• Develop and present business cases, including market analysis, risks, and strategic recommendations
• Lead cross-functional due diligence efforts with R&D, Clinical, Regulatory, CMC, Operations, and Finance teams
• Support transaction execution, including proposals, negotiations, deal closure, and alliance management
• Contribute to business development and licensing strategy
• Represent the company at industry, investor, and partnering conferences while building relationships across the biotech and pharmaceutical sectors

Qualifications

• Ph.D. in Pharmacology, Immunology, Cancer Biology, or a related life science field
• Strong expertise in antibody drug discovery, target validation, and hit-to-lead optimization
• Experience interpreting biological data and translating findings into compelling partnering and licensing opportunities
• Knowledge of antibody modalities, including monoclonal antibodies (mAbs), bispecific antibodies, and ADCs
• Strong strategic thinking, communication, and relationship management skills

Job Type & LocationThis is a Permanent position based out of Waltham, MA. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $105000.00 - $105000.00/yr.
