QA Technician

Quality Assurance Technician Start your career in Quality and Food Safety!Were looking for a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Technician to join a food manufacturing team. This is a great opportunity for a B.S. graduate in Biology, Microbiology, Food Science, Chemistry, or a related science who wants hands-on experience in quality, food safety, and manufacturing. What You'll Do

• Perform environmental and microbiological swabbing throughout the facility
• Collect samples, document results, and coordinate testing with outside laboratories
• Support food safety, sanitation, pest control, and environmental monitoring programs
• Work with production and quality teams to investigate and resolve quality concerns
• Maintain accurate records and follow GMP, FDA, and SOP requirements
• Gain hands-on exposure to quality systems and continuous improvement in a regulated manufacturing environment

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Biology, Microbiology, Food Science, Chemistry, or another Life Science preferred
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment and being on your feet throughout the shift
• Good communication, organization, and computer skills
• Previous quality, laboratory, GMP, food manufacturing, or pharmaceutical experience is a plus, but not required

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Eau Claire, WI. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $26.00 - $30.00/hr.
