The Project Manager works closely with technical engineering teams and customers, ensuring that customized equipment projects meet requirements, quality standards, and delivery commitments while operating within an ISO 9001 environment.Responsibilities

  • Lead project planning activities, including defining project scope, creating detailed schedules, allocating resources, and managing changes throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, sales, and operations to ensure alignment and smooth execution of project activities.
  • Oversee project budgets and costs, tracking financial performance and making adjustments to keep projects within approved budget parameters.
  • Work directly with customers to gather requirements, conduct design reviews, provide project updates, and manage expectations throughout the project.
  • Organize and lead project status meetings with internal stakeholders and customers, clearly communicating progress, risks, and mitigation plans.
  • Support customer-facing activities such as acceptance testing and buy-off, ensuring that delivered equipment meets agreed specifications and performance criteria.

  • Identify project risks and issues early, develop contingency plans, and proactively resolve problems to keep projects on track.
  • Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to ensure technical requirements are clearly understood, feasible, and integrated into project plans.
  • Use Microsoft Project and related tools to build and manage project schedules, track milestones, and report status to stakeholders.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by recommending enhancements to project management processes, tools, and communication practices.
  • Coordinate limited domestic and international travel as needed for customer meetings, design reviews, acceptance testing, and site visits.

  • Experience working within ISO 9001 environments and following structured quality and documentation processes.
  • Strong organization and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
