Engage in daily problem solving by analyzing requirements, designing solutions, and troubleshooting issues using existing software tools and PLM applications.
Communicate with stakeholders and users via email and other channels to understand issues, clarify requirements, and provide technical solutions.
Work both independently and collaboratively to configure and support PLM tools, primarily focusing on Windchill, and coordinate with team members who support related tools such as DOORS and JIRA.

Familiarity with requirements management and collaboration tools such as DOORS and JIRA.
Background in engineering or computer science, with the ability to understand complex technical systems and design solutions.
Curiosity, selfstarter mindset, and a strong desire to learn and stay current with evolving PLM technologies.
Ability to create and deliver training content for diverse user groups.
