• Perform venipuncture and capillary blood collections for patients of all ages, including infants and toddlers
• Label, process, centrifuge, and store specimens accurately
• Verify and update patient information
• Ensure proper specimen handling and documentation
• Maintain equipment, monitor quality standards, and support laboratory operations
• Deliver a positive patient experience by clearly explaining procedures and addressing concerns professionally
