- Perform venipuncture and blood draws using straight and butterfly needles
- Collect, label, process, centrifuge, and prepare specimens for testing
- Maintain specimen integrity through proper storage and handling procedures
- Verify orders, update patient information, and ensure accurate documentation
- Provide exceptional patient care and customer service
- Follow OSHA, laboratory, and safety regulations
What We're Looking For 1+ year of phlebotomy experience (lab, hospital, or patient service center preferred) Strong venipuncture and specimen collection skills Experience with specimen processing and handling Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment High School Diploma or GED Phlebotomy certification preferred/required where applicable Bilingual Spanish speakers are highly encouraged to apply Why Join?
