  • Apply project management principles to facilityrelated projects, including planning, scheduling, estimating, and quality control.
  • Oversee contractorexecuted planning, development, maintenance, and real property disposition activities.
  • Evaluate contractor performance against cost, schedule, quality, and compliance requirements, and recommend corrective actions when needed.

  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local real property policies, regulations, easements, permitting requirements, and landuse agreements.
  • Identify operational risks associated with facilities and programs and provide clear, actionable recommendations to mitigate those risks.
  • Coordinate closely with client teams, contractors, architects, owners, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders to align facility requirements with program goals.
  • Participate in design reviews and support the design process to ensure facility plans meet technical, regulatory, and operational requirements.
  • Prepare and deliver engineering reports, technical assessments, and presentations for program reviews, internal leadership, and client stakeholders.
  • Represent the organization in client meetings, program reviews, and technical discussions related to facilities, construction, and operations.
