Youll have the opportunity to own designs from initial concept through modeling, analysis, prototyping, testing, and manufacturing, while working directly with customers across a variety of industries. The company is entering a period of renewed growth and is looking for engineers interested in long-term stability, technical variety, and the opportunity to transition into a permanent position. What Youll Do

Design mechanical systems, custom machinery, equipment, complex assemblies, and machined components using SolidWorks.
Develop detailed 3D models, assemblies, and production-ready manufacturing drawings.
Take projects from concept development through prototype, testing, design validation, and production.
Perform structural and thermal FEA using ANSYS or similar simulation tools.
Apply GD&T, DFM, materials selection, and machine design principles to ensure designs are manufacturable, reliable, and cost-effective.
Evaluate designs through engineering calculations, simulations, testing, and design reviews.
Troubleshoot mechanical design issues and implement improvements prior to production.
Work closely with manufacturing, electrical, controls, and project engineering teams.
Support prototype builds, testing, troubleshooting, and product improvements.
Interface directly with customers to understand requirements and develop practical engineering solutions.
Manage multiple engineering projects and priorities simultaneously.
Create and maintain engineering drawings, design documentation, revisions, and product release records.

Solving unique mechanical engineering problems
Working on different products and technologies rather than the same product every day
Taking ownership of your designs
Working directly with customers
Collaborating with electrical, manufacturing, controls, and other engineering disciplines
Balancing technical performance with manufacturability, cost, and reliability

Why Join? Every Other Friday OffThe team operates on a 9/80 schedule, providing an additional day off every other week.Variety of Engineering WorkWork across multiple customers, technologies, and engineering challenges rather than being limited to a single product line.Full Product Development ExposureBe involved throughout the engineering lifecycle, from concept and design through analysis, prototyping, testing, and production.Strong Conversion PotentialThis is a contract-to-hire opportunity intended to identify engineers who can become long-term members of the team.Collaborative CultureJoin a smaller, highly collaborative engineering environment where technical expertise, communication, and teamwork are valued.Long-Term Growth
