Mechanical Engineer

Job Title: Mechanical EngineerResponsibilities

• Develop 3D models, assemblies, and detailed drawings for internal manufacturing and outsourced production.
• Design and detail equipment according to established company standards.
• Modify drawings and designs based on customer and project requirements.
• Review designs with internal teams and customers.
• Support projects from concept through completion in a fast-paced, engineer-to-order environment.
• Participate in customer meetings primarily virtually, with occasional travel as needed.

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in Solidworks and tooling design.
• 5+ years of solid modeling and mechanical design experience.
• Ability to take mechanical designs from concept through completion.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
• Mechanical engineering knowledge.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical Design, or related field/program. Equivalent experience considered.
• Experience with OEM machine design, tooling, or custom automation cells is preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Team-oriented with the ability to work effectively both independently and within a team.

Work EnvironmentThe role offers a flexible work environment, with the possibility of a hybrid setup if the candidate proves themselves. Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Menasha, WI. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $35.00 - $45.00/hr.
