Lead or support the redesign of existing products to reduce cost, improve efficiencies, and enhance quality.
Contribute to the design of new equipment, redesign of current equipment, and development of complete packaging and automation systems.
Apply knowledge of automation, conveyors, sortation systems, print-and-apply technology, and other packaging systems to create effective solutions.
Understand and incorporate distribution center operations, material handling technology, and warehouse software system technology into equipment and system designs.
Collaborate across multiple projects and adapt to different technical avenues and application areas as business needs evolve.
Work closely with engineering and project teams to ensure designs meet performance, reliability, and manufacturability requirements.

Essential Skills

26 years of mechanical or electro-mechanical engineering experience; not open to candidates with no professional experience.
