• Support complex electromechanical assembly manufacturing processes
• Lead New Product Introduction (NPI) and production launch activities
• Drive process improvements using Lean Manufacturing tools (Kaizen, 5S, Continuous Improvement)
• Conduct root cause analysis and corrective actions (5 Whys, Fishbone, Yield Analysis)
• Read and interpret engineering drawings and GD&T
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve quality, efficiency, and manufacturability
