The ideal candidate is a strong leader with experience managing project scope, contracts, schedules, budgets, multidisciplinary teams, and client relationships in engineering, consulting, design, or construction environments.What You'll Do
- Lead mission critical, hyperscale data center, and advanced technology projects from kickoff through closeout
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and project teams
- Manage project scope, contracts, schedules, budgets, and deliverables
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including electrical, mechanical, ICT, low-voltage, and building systems professionals
- Drive project financial performance and ensure successful execution
- Identify project risks and implement proactive mitigation strategies
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and schedule expectations
- Facilitate internal team coordination and client communication
- Oversee change management and project documentation
What We're Looking For
- Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of Project Management experience within engineering, consulting, design, construction, or building systems environments
- Experience managing technically complex engineering projects
- Strong client-facing and relationship management skills
- Proven experience managing:
- Project budgets
- Schedules and deliverables
- Contracts and scope
- Resources and staffing
- Change orders and project risk
- Ability to lead multidisciplinary project teams
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Preferred Qualifications
- Mission critical or data center project experience
- Hyperscale data center experience
- Background in Electrical, Mechanical, ICT, Telecommunications, or MEP engineering environments
- PMP Certification
- RCDD and/or DCDC certifications

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Austin, TX. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $55.00 - $72.00/hr.
