Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
• 8 years or more in an electrical/electronics design role. Must be a current practitioner.
• Proven experience in designing and testing electrical systems
• Advanced mathematical skills
• Strong knowledge of electrical engineering principles and practices
• Proficient in computer-aided design (CAD), EPLAN, Met LAB software and electrical engineering simulation tools
• Familiarity with industry standards and regulations for electrical safety and performance
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, One Note, Teams, etc.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability work independently and part of a team
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks
• Willingness to continuously lean and stay updated on advancements in the field of electrical engineering

Job Type & LocationThis is a Permanent position based out of Cockeysville, MD. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $120000.00 - $160000.00/yr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Whether you are just getting started or are an experienced professional, we offer a robust total rewards package to include generous compensation based on market standards, healthcare, wellness, adoption assistance, discounted stock purchase, career development and recognition programs.
