Develop system integration documentation, user manuals, and support materials to guide installation, operation, and maintenance.
Collaborate closely with mechanical engineers to ensure designs support ease of assembly, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
Review customer Statements of Work (SOW) and assess their impact on system architecture, electrical design, and testing requirements.
Develop, coordinate, and execute test procedures to verify that systems meet quality, performance, and applicable regulatory standards.
Partner with other engineers, project managers, and customers to define requirements and deliver practical, innovative engineering solutions.
Provide expert electrical support during system integration activities and assist with customer service and field support as needed.
Prepare estimates for materials, labor, and schedule planning to support new proposals and ongoing project planning.
Lead or participate in continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing product quality, reliability, and engineering processes.
Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and other relevant regulatory and quality standards in all design and documentation activities.
Participate and lead within the guidelines of the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS), contributing to a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex electrical system issues, including hardware and hardware/software integration challenges.
Support harness design and integration activities to ensure robust, maintainable cable and wiring solutions.
